Delivery Guide
Standard UK Delivery Service (Next Day)
- Free delivery for orders requires a minimum order value of £20 ex VAT. Note this is a web only offer - all other channels require a minimum order value of £70 ex VAT).
- A delivery charge of £5.00 (£5.88 inc VAT) will be charged for orders with a value of less than £30 ex VAT.
- Delivery is usually made the next working day if you order before 5PM Monday - Friday.
- Orders placed on Fridays and up to 12 noon Saturday will usually be delivered Monday.
- Orders placed after 12 noon Saturday or on Sunday will usually be delivered Tuesday.
- Next day delivery excludes weekends - please select the premium service if you require a Saturday delivery.
- Next day delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas.
- Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight. For these areas please check the remote and offshore delivery table below.

Extended Delivery Items
Some items have extended delivery times. This applies to most heavy or bulky items and some items of crockery. They are marked with the following icons:

Heavy Equipment
- Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers resposibility.
- Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
Embroidered and Engraved Items
- Orders including embroidery or engraving will not be part-despatched - please allow 4-5 working days for delivery.
