The Blue Seal E506D electric versions offer a choice of heavy-duty 2.4kW radiant elements, or 2kW solid plates.
Within the oven itself, cast iron sole plates ensure even heat distribution. You can choose from static ovens or convection ovens with heavy-duty motors and circulation fans which reduce cooking times and enable food to be cooked at lower temperatures.
